General Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions conducted through the websites or platforms managed by Just Collectives Designs. Any individual or legal entity placing an order with Just Collectives Designs, either through our secure payment platform or other approved methods, is considered a "client."

Article 1a: Age Limit

Just Collectives Designs provides services exclusively to individuals aged 18 years or older. We aim to ensure our services are accessed by clients capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any client found to be under the age of 18 will have their transaction canceled, and any payments made will be refunded.

Article 2: Orders

Placing an order with Just Collectives Designs signifies full acceptance of these terms and conditions without exception. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time of purchase. Additional fees, such as transaction charges or currency conversion costs, may apply depending on the payment method.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. We accept payments through secure online platforms, including credit and debit cards. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal, ensuring encryption and security. Just Collectives Designs is not liable for issues arising from third-party payment processing systems.

Article 5: Delivery of Services

Service delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for service completion. Delays caused by client errors or incomplete information will not be the responsibility of Just Collectives Designs.

Article 6: Revisions and Refunds

Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

All funnel designs and related materials created by Just Collectives Designs remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

Article 8: Protection of Personal Data

Just Collectives Designs complies with all applicable data protection laws. By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting us directly.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

Just Collectives Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Article 10: Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
